Why has my Klyqa Welly stopped changing or refilling the water even though the dirty water tank is empty and the fresh water tank is full?Updated 2 days ago

If your Klyqa Welly is no longer changing or refilling the water, the issue is usually caused by a simple adjustment or the need for recalibration.

1. Check the silicone locking ring

First, make sure the silicone locking ring is correctly installed.

If the locking ring is not positioned properly, the Klyqa Welly may not detect the dirty water tank correctly, preventing the automatic water change or refill function.

2. Recalibrate your Klyqa Welly

If the silicone locking ring is correctly installed, your Klyqa Welly most likely needs to be recalibrated.

To recalibrate the device:

  1. Open the Klyqa Pet App.
  2. Go to Device Settings.
  3. Select Calibration.
  4. Remove both the fresh water tank and the dirty water tank.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration.

When is recalibration necessary?

Recalibration is usually required if:

  • The Klyqa Welly has been moved to a different location.
  • The surface underneath the fountain has changed (for example, a different floor or worktop).

The Klyqa Welly uses a built-in weight sensor to monitor the water levels. Recalibrating the device ensures that it continues to measure accurately and operate reliably.

Tip: If the problem persists after checking the silicone locking ring and completing the calibration, please contact Klyqa Support for further assistance.
