Why don't the LEDs light up after powering on?Updated 2 days ago

If the LEDs don't light up after switching on your Klyqa Welly, check the following:

• Check the Klyqa Pet App to make sure the LED indicator hasn't been turned off.
• Sleep Mode may be enabled. In Sleep Mode, the LEDs are switched off automatically.
• If your Klyqa Welly is running on battery power, some LED indicators are disabled to conserve energy.

Recommendation: For full LED functionality, use your Klyqa Welly with the supplied power adapter connected to mains power.
