What happens if the Wi-Fi connection is lost?Updated 3 days ago

If your Klyqa Welly loses its Wi-Fi connection, the pet fountain will continue to operate normally using its current settings.

While the device is offline:

• You won't be able to control your Klyqa Welly through the Klyqa Pet App.
• You won't receive notifications or be able to view live device status in the app.
• Hydration data will be synchronised once the Wi-Fi connection is restored.

Once your Klyqa Welly reconnects to Wi-Fi, app control, notifications and data synchronisation will resume automatically.

Note: A temporary Wi-Fi interruption does not affect the fountain's normal operation or your pet's access to fresh drinking water.
