If your Klyqa Welly isn't dispensing water, try the following steps:

1. Refill the fresh water tank if the water level is low.
2. Check that the dirty water tank is correctly installed and securely locked in place.
3. Make sure Sleep Mode is not enabled, as this may affect water dispensing.
4. Clean the sensor areas around the drinking tray to remove any dirt or debris.
5. Restart your Klyqa Welly and check whether the issue has been resolved.

If the fountain still isn't dispensing water after completing these steps, please contact Klyqa Support for further assistance.

Tip: If the problem persists, also check that the BASF Ultrafiltration (UF) filter is installed correctly and is not blocked or due for replacement, as restricted water flow may reduce or prevent water dispensing.
