The app says the dirty water tank isn't installed correctly. Is that true?Updated 2 days ago

In most cases, this means the dirty water tank is not fully seated.

Gently push the tank towards the water outlet nozzle until it fits securely.

Please make sure that:

• The dirty water tank is firmly in place.
• There is no visible gap between the tank and the water outlet.

Once the tank is correctly installed, the warning message should disappear.

Tip: If the warning remains after reseating the tank, remove it completely, check that there are no obstructions around the water outlet or tank, and then reinstall it firmly.
