The pre-filter mesh captures larger dust particles and pet hair and should be cleaned regularly.

To clean the pre-filter mesh

1. Disconnect the device from the power supply.
2. Open the bottom cover and remove the filter.
3. Gently tap the mesh to remove dust and pet hair.
4. Rinse it carefully under running water.
5. Do not use detergent, hot water or brushes.
6. Allow the mesh to air dry completely.
7. Reattach it to the main filter before reinstalling it.

Note: Do not dry the mesh with a hair dryer or expose it to direct sunlight, as this may affect its electrostatic filtration performance.
