How often you need to refill the fresh water tank depends on your pet's weight and daily water intake.

As a general guideline:

• Cats typically drink 40–60 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day.

Example

A 5 kg (11 lb) cat drinks approximately 250–300 ml of water per day.

With its 3.5-litre fresh water tank, the Klyqa Welly can therefore provide enough water for up to 12 days for a single pet under normal conditions.

Note: If multiple pets share the fountain or during periods of hot weather, your pets will typically drink more water, so you'll need to refill the fresh water tank more frequently.
